1. Who We Are

Omega Traders Inc. ("FleetSense," "we," "us," or "our") is a New York corporation doing business as Fleet Sense Pro. We build and operate the FleetSense rental and fleet management platform, and we operate the marketing website at fleetsense.pro ("the Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy covers two separate things, and we want to be clear about the difference:

• This marketing website (fleetsense.pro) does not have a visitor account system or a database for demo requests. The homepage demo dialog opens your email application with details pre-filled; information is sent to us only if you send that email. The separate Request a Demo page submits the details you enter to our server, which emails them to us so we can respond. The form endpoint uses your IP address for abuse prevention and rate limiting; it is not included in the demo-request email.
• The FleetSense platform (the software your organization licenses to run rentals, chauffeur services and fleet operations) processes operational data — including vehicle telemetry, GPS location, driver and customer records — on behalf of the business that operates it. If your organization's FleetSense deployment is how you're interacting with our systems, your organization's own privacy notice and data processing agreement with us govern that use, and this policy applies to us as a processor/vendor in that relationship.

3. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

• Details submitted through the Request a Demo page or sent to us by email: name, company name, email address, phone number, country, fleet size and any message you choose to include.
• Any information you include in correspondence with our sales or support team.

Information collected by the FleetSense platform (on behalf of our customers)

• Vehicle telemetry: GPS position, speed, ignition state, and geofence events.
• Rental, chauffeur, contract, billing and maintenance records entered by the licensed business.
• Driver and customer records entered by the licensed business for the purpose of operating its fleet.

Automatically collected information

The Request a Demo endpoint receives your IP address to enforce rate limits and help prevent abuse. The marketing site may also use your browser's local storage purely for interface conveniences (for example, remembering that you've dismissed a menu). This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on fleetsense.pro.

4. How We Use Information

• To respond to demo requests and sales inquiries.
• To provide, maintain and improve the FleetSense platform for licensed customers.
• To power features you or your organization has enabled — such as WhatsApp notifications, live GPS tracking, and geofence alerts.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations as a U.S.-registered company.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform — for example, WhatsApp Business API providers, payment processors, and cloud infrastructure providers — bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Law enforcement or regulators, only where required by applicable law.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to affected customers where required.

6. Data Retention

We retain demo/sales inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records. Operational data processed within a licensed FleetSense deployment is retained according to the terms agreed with that customer, and is deleted or returned at the end of the engagement per that agreement.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make such a request, contact us using the details below. If you are a driver, customer or employee of a business that uses the FleetSense platform, please direct data requests to that business first, as they control that data.

9. Children's Privacy

FleetSense is a business-to-business platform and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect information from, children under 16.

10. International Users

Omega Traders Inc. is registered and operates in the United States. If you access the Site or platform from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes affecting licensed customers will be communicated through the platform or directly by email.
