Fleet maintenance software that blocks overdue vehicles
Maintenance runs on real intervals against the live odometer. A vehicle overdue on a critical service cannot be confirmed on a new rental until it is serviced.
What you get
Recurring service rules
Every 10,000 km or every 6 months, per vehicle and service type, whichever you configure.
Live status
OK, Due Soon or Overdue, calculated from days and kilometers remaining.
Critical services
Mark a schedule critical and an overdue vehicle is stopped from new rental confirmations automatically.
Record service in one click
Completing the service log advances the last-done date and odometer and clears the overdue status.
Predictive due date
Uses the last 14 days of GPS history to project when a hard-driven vehicle will reach its limit, and flags it before the calendar date.
History on the asset
Service history sits on the vehicle's asset record next to depreciation and insurance.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work without GPS?
Yes. Calendar and odometer schedules work on their own. Predictive dates use GPS history when tracking is installed.
Can I stop overdue cars from being rented?
Yes. Mark the schedule as critical and the system enforces the rule.
Can I track different services per vehicle?
Yes. Each vehicle can have its own services, such as oil changes, brake pads or A/C compressor service.
