Before every rental

• Fuel, oil and coolant levels
• Tyre pressure and visible tyre condition
• Lights, indicators and wipers
• Brakes feel normal, no warning lights
• Interior cleaned and inspected

Weekly

• Battery and terminals
• Washer fluid
• Tyre tread depth on the longest-out vehicles
• Check for open fault codes or dashboard warnings

By mileage (per manufacturer)

• Oil and filter change
• Air and cabin filters
• Brake pads and discs
• Tyre rotation and alignment
• Transmission and differential service

Every 6 to 12 months

• Full safety inspection
• A/C service
• Suspension and steering check
• Registration, insurance and inspection dates reviewed

Records

• Every service logged with date and odometer
• Next due date or mileage set
• Critical services flagged so overdue cars are not rented
