1. Confirm the facts
Check the contract, return time and customer contact before treating it as theft.
2. Locate the vehicle
Use live GPS position and recent history. Do not approach the vehicle yourself.
3. Immobilize only when safe
A moving vehicle must never be immobilized. FleetSense only allows it when the vehicle is parked with the ignition off. See remote immobilization.
4. Report
Give police the plate, details and the signed contract, and notify your insurer.
