How prices are set
- Rental plans by length: daily (under 8 days), weekly (8 to 28 days) and monthly (over 28 days).
- Rates by vehicle group with deposit, allowed kilometers, extra-kilometer rate and grace period.
- Customer-specific plans for negotiated pricing. The most specific plan wins automatically.
- Discount limits by role, so staff cannot exceed their cap.

The booking website and mobile app use the same rental plans and rules as your contracts, so customers see the same prices your staff do and nothing is entered twice.
A clear price breakdown
Every contract shows days times rate, discount, extra kilometers and hours, VAT and the grand total.
