Rental accident management inside the contract

An accident during a rental is reported on the contract that had the car, so nothing is re-typed and every cost has a home.

From report to settlement

  1. Report Accident on the in-progress contract. The contract, vehicle and driver are pre-filled.
  2. Enter severity, responsible party, location and description, and mark whether it is the customer's fault.
  3. Submit, review and approve. The deductible charged to the customer is billed as a damage line on the contract.
  4. File the insurance claim from the accident and track it to settlement.
